Hi, I'm Stacy

Meet Your Head Of Branding And Web Design So Good It Builds Momentum, Money, and Memories

I’ve been a designer, writer, and strategist for over a decade.

I used to work 80 hour weeks, leading an international PR team and rubbing shoulders with global leaders. I left corporate and launched my freelance writing business in 2019, growing it to multiple six figure years while working 25 hour weeks.

And now I run Obsidian Haus, where I design strategic websites and brands that position women to grow to six and seven figure years with refined authority and spacious leadership.

But to explain how I got here, you should know…

My path didn’t begin the way most do

I left university after two months.

I was 18, alone in a new city, and deeply unwell. I knew, with a clarity I didn’t yet know how to bring to life, that continuing would cost me more than leaving.

The two years that followed were quiet, formative ones.

I focused on my mental health. I read constantly. I volunteered. I made art. I learned how to sit with myself long enough to hear what mattered.

And it was during that time that I found the creative. Or rather, the creative found me.

It didn’t matter the medium. Graphite pencil. Photography. Graphic design. Painting. What mattered was the act of building worlds, holding memory, shaping meaning, and creating something that allowed other people to connect and to feel seen.

Creativity wasn’t a hobby. It was a language.

And it has guided every chapter of my life since.

Eventually, I returned to school to study public relations, graduating with honours at 23. I went on to work in corporate public relations with organizations shaping policy, protecting vulnerable people and places, and influencing culture at scale.

That work taught me how power actually moves.

How narratives are constructed.
How trust is earned.
How restraint, clarity, and precision create impact that lasts.

Corporate life was instructive… and all-consuming.

I learned how to operate inside high-stakes systems where perception, positioning, and timing matter deeply.

I also learned what happens when ambition is met with bureaucracy. When meaningful work exists alongside systems that quietly erode creativity, autonomy, and time. When women are met with glass ceilings people refuse to acknowledge but uphold.

So in 2019, I left.

I built a freelance copywriting business that grew to multiple six figure years through clarity, positioning, and intentional restraint.

From corporate strategy to a way of working that leaves room to live

I worked fewer hours. I protected my energy. I learned how to make grounded decisions around money, capacity, and scale.

And in doing so, I noticed a pattern.

So many talented women were outgrowing their online presence long before it reflected the depth of their ambition and the level they were stepping into.

Their work had matured. Their thinking had sharpened. Their standards had risen. But their brand and website still reflected an earlier version of themselves.

That gap, between who you are becoming and how you are seen, is where Obsidian Haus lives.

Today, I run Obsidian Haus to help shape digital presences that match the ambition, standards, and earning capacity of female founders.

It’s not about reinvention.
It’s about alignment.

Obsidian Haus meets you where you are and builds for where you’re going.

This is why I’ve founded Obsidian Haus on five core tenants:

 Infrastructure Creates Freedom

Spacious success is designed. When your brand and website carry the weight of conversion, you are free to lead, to live, and to expand without strain.

Substance Over Spectacle

You have never relied on noise to build what you have. Here, growth is deliberate. Structured. Considered. I design for enduring revenue, not trends or temporary attention.

Refinement Over Reinvention

You are not beginning again. You are refining what already works. I elevate your presence until it reflects the level you’re stepping into.

Quiet Authority

You do not need to persuade the right room. You belong in it. I design brands that assume their place: composed, intentional, unmistakable, and profitable.

Partnership At Level

You were not invited here by accident. You know you are capable of more than your current positioning reflects. I work with women who are ready to be met and supported at the tier they are stepping into.

Creativity and impact have been a thread through my entire life.

Today, Obsidian Haus exists as a place of steadiness: where creativity, strategy, and growth are held with intention.

I’m not here to build you a brand and website that looks like everyone else’s.

Or worse, one that can’t support the spacious calendar and financial ease you’re building toward.

Here, your ambition doesn’t need to be justified. Your growth doesn’t have to be frantic. We’ll reach your next level with care, clarity, and composure.

Our work together isn’t about becoming louder or more visible at all costs.

It’s about being met - exactly as you are - by systems, strategy, and design that supports your inevitable expansion.

I weave my decade of PR experience together with business strategy and design best practices to help women curate brands and websites that support the life they’re building and the business they want to show up for.

Obsidian Haus is where your presence is handled with the same care you bring to your work so you can lead, create, and expand knowing the foundation beneath you is sound.

You’re safe here.

Everything else can build from that.

Where momentum, memories, and wealth take shape
